Russ Kiker

Russ grew up in Austin, MN where he started his career in the commercial industry over 35 years ago.  The passion was there at an early age when he hid his hot tar boots from his dad who didn’t want him roofing.  For over 20 years Russ roofed the midwest as a foreman leading crews and winning awards for his quality and professionalism.  In 2002 Allweather Roof caught wind of his expertise and hired him as Operations Manager.  Russ now is head of 8+ crews and is part owner of Allweather Roof.  It was hard to keep Russ away from Austin so we opened up an office for him in 2005 where his roots run deep and his business relationships are still strong.
